Montpellier picking a weakened team, would be interesting to see what the bookies make of the selections.

He’s also scored only three fewer tries for Montpellier than Stockdale has for Ulster.Big-al wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 12:29 pmAny pack with Willemse in it will be a tough battle. The man is an absolute unit.MightyRearranger wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 12:22 pmA poor man's Paul Steinmetz...

Zero fecks for me to give about this one. Just hope no injuries to key players for the run-in and securing a top 8 spot in the league.

Simmonds and Williams both part of the better exeter sides in recent years.
Familiarity may be their downfall, but it will still be close. When did ulster ever make it easy? A cheetahs and ulster combo would be a nice surprise.

Clermont have named a relatively strong XV with 10 starters from their last home league game.CIMANFOREVER wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 1:30 pmThat's exactly what I meantNeill_M wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 12:04 pmIf by the Bouclier, you mean staying in the league Yes, both are miles off making the Top 6.CIMANFOREVER wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 11:43 amCheetahs I assume will take it seriously, if they want to justify possible reentry to URC etc. Love to have them back. Looks like they were more or less fully loaded against Stade, albeit selection has been a bit all over the place given their poor form.
Their 9 and 10 on Sunday haven’t started all season.
The 9 has only played twenty minutes. I believe his nickname at the GGL Stadium is ‘Shanners’.

Can't see any odds on this game, the only Challenge Cup game which is listed is the one tonight Gloucester v Castres. Tells you the level of interest in the competition v the Champions Cup!

Surprised at a 6/2 bench split, given Ewers "fit" unless Murphy is intent on testing Montpellier up front to see if they have the stomach for a protracted fight?

They also have a 6-2 bench, no 22 is a back row. Well he is a hybrid style player, so a 5.5 / 2.5 bench.CIMANFOREVER wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 2:34 pm Surprised at a 6/2 bench split, given Ewers "fit" unless Murphy is intent on testing Montpellier up front to see if they have the stomach for a protracted fight?

Clermont are -15 on Paddy Power.
Still no sign of the Ulster game.
