I’ll be very interested to see what happens at UR in the off season.

There should definitely be an overhaul but what if any will be the replacements.

Bell should go. Soper has unfortunately shown nothing for me as an attack coach. Newby is going skills have been poor.

Then the squad - no way this current situation at 10 can continue into next yr. I’d imagine the Irfu will have to do something because if it doesn’t the optics will be dreadful. If season tkt sales and game attendances fell, it may force the issue.

Will there be any quality players come from Leinster?….personally I’m Really sceptical. Truth is it’d take 2/3 players - doubt we have the budget, and gametime makes zero difference to int chances. I’d be prepared to take the beatings if we can invest in pup pathways across more than the usual few suspects.

These rumours are too funny. With our health care CEO are we renaming the family stand as ward 12?

Image Image TRANSFER NEWS: RugbyPass are reporting that Ulster are looking at signing ex All Black Aaron Cruden next year.

The 35-year-old fly-half has not played since September 2022 & is currently without a club.

Cruden would replace Billy Burns, who is headed for Munster.
This would be an absolute joke of a signing. Actually embarrassing that we would even be linked with this signing. Absolute and utter joke

Why is Cruden without a club?

Is he that bad nowadays?

Pretty sure the narrative around him was he was injury prone, and that was a good few yrs ago. I’d have major major concerns around his conditioning and durability for the pro game at his age. Hopefully it’s just gossip. I very much doubt Irfu would sanction it.

Any decision making re UR is a direct reflection on the Irfu from now on. Let’s see how ambitious they are for UR to function properly. The off season is the perfect opportunity to clear house.

He’s still got a year on his contract fwiw.

Jackman reckons Leinster were looking at Jared Payne for attack coach but are becoming increasingly interested in 33 year old former Munster outhalf Tyler Bleyendaal.
TB now confirmed to be heading to Dublin.

Maybe it should be renamed 'Emergency Ward 10' Dave. Another one for our older viewers.

The money issues and budget make no sense for the supposed £150k pa, yes we lost money last year, but we have reserves and are losing players left right and centre including one of the best paid players in the world.

Kitshoff was on a 3 year deal, therefore we'll have budgeted to have his 650k pa on the books.
