Unlikely they get to 7th but equally the Stormers could rest their first team anyway, which could leave us 8th.

Always so positive😉, if Stormers stay 5th they will probably travel to Glasgow.

Do we know why tomorrow’s final is so early, not least given it clashes with the FA Cup Final?

It was scheduled at 2:45pm months ago, it is early as the French wanted that. They have their FA Cup final and the Cannes Film Festival on Saturday PM.

FA Cup Final kick off only confirmed post semi finals and moved forward to 3pm as it is a Manchester derby with the cops expecting trouble.

Help me out here.
Sharks have won the Challenge cup so go into the Champions cup next year.
That means only seven places left.
Do Benetton go in as the top Italian team, which means that only six places remain?

If we don't get anything against Munster... we need Benetton to beat Embra and we need Stormers to beat Lions for us to get into Champions cup?

The country rule was scrapped, it will be top 6 + Sharks + 7th assuming 8th don't win the playoffs then 7th is out.

If we get zero match points v Munster, then we need a non BP win for Benetton and keeping them beneath us on points difference. Lions would need a BP win to overtake Ulster.

Thanks, Neill.

I've just seen that it's the top eight, regardless of nationality so...

If we don't get anything against Munster: Embra will go above us if they win; Benetton will go above us if they win with a bp and Lions will go above us if they win with a bp.

If we get a bp against Munster, we qualify.

....unless Edinburgh get 5pts and go above us on games won and the 8th seed wins the Grand Final. Then we don't.

Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

Will know what is needed by 3pm next Saturday with Stormers Lions at 12:45pm and Benetton Edinburgh at 1pm.

Good luck to Leinster today. It is sad to see so many Munster fans supporting Toulouse.

You expect Munster fans to support any opposition to Leinster.
They hate us even though we would back them playing in such a final.
Ulster and Connacht fans are fairer.

I have to say I am nervous and fear the worst. Toulouse are star studded in every way.

Certainly not. I wasn't being serious obviously but I'm not that arsed who wins.
