GO station just over the border at Killea, County Donegal still a reasonable 133.9. But i heard that prices in the Republic due to go up shortly as some price cap/subsidy being reduced/ended?
Re: Petrol Prices 2009/2025- post updates here
Had a bad experience at the Solo on the ring road in Bangor.
Price for diesel seemed attractive so went in. Got to pumps selected a pump, put card in expecting it to work like Go where they authorise the card and charge you for the diesel that you have actual got after you stop filling. At Solo you put your card in then select the amount of fuel you want to buy , the pump then takes the money from your card and you fill up.
Get card in select £40 and card authorises payment and takes money, but at this stage all seems well, lift the filler but pump doesn’t start, try again still no diesel, go to shop and girl tell me pump not working( this I already know) ask about getting my money back told to ring Solo.
Go home check bank account on line and it shows £40 has gone through.Ring Solo and am told to soon to do any thing, follow up with a number of calls to Solo and Bank and to weeks later my money is returned ( admittedly with an apology and an additional payment from my bank for inconvenience etc.) but no apology from Solo just the feeling that they just felt it was tough luck.
Admittedly the sum was not vast but I can remember the times in my youth when this could have been a disaster and the total lack of sympathy and action from Solo does not say much for there customer service.
I have not been back.

Go station, just over the border at Killea in Donegal, still (as at 7.45am this morning) a very reasonable 133.9 (in Sterling) but elsewhere petrol in Donegal largely slightly more expensive than Norn Iron.

The Phoenxi/Centra/McCools in Ballymena down to 136.9 .
Think Tesco's (K'nagoney) also at 136.9 but will check on the way home.

I rarely pass GO or SOLO garages which is why they rarely feature. But all updates are welcome.
The Phoenix/Centra/McCools in Ballymena was down to 134.9 this morning.

The Phoenix/Centra/McCools down to 131.9.
But not as cheap as the Go station, just over the Border at Killea, County Donegal which was 126.4 yesterday.
