Look at that last pic. How few people were on the terrace at the final whistle??!!!

Unbelievable. As it is, I'm by the second barrier up (yes, the real second barrier!) on the RHS of the central steps. Not many of us left...

I said to my friends it was no worse than Gloucester but they all insisted today was much worse (basing this on the hail/monsoon at the end I think) certainly I was wetter today that two years ago...

I've never seen the terraces and Prom empty so much before the end of a match but....

1) we had played crap

and

2) that was some of the worst weather I've ever had to face on the prom.

Yes Gloucester was worse over the duration of the match but that last 5 minutes tonight was much more severe than the Gloucester (or any other recent) match

read it as a sign of discontent in UR. This was the first HC match I,ve missed in & years. Why? I could,nt be bothered. I watched the first 55 mins on TV and gave up - went to do do more productuctive things than watch the crap at Ravenhill.

Come Monday we will have all of the same press releases from Mc Call. Bottom line -we were crap, Li were absolutely superb, stunning and deserving of a quarter final place. tis time for change at the Hill. Messers Reid McCall and Clarke please go

I was one of the few still there at the end, at the new and improved second barrier. Supporting the shirt and the red hand - we even gave a rendition of SUFTU in that downpour at the end.
I think yesterday felt wetter than Gloucester, because of the result. But the Gloucester game was a downpour from start to finish.

I just thought it was the rapture?

(the prom was pretty much the same at the end, and my car seat is still damp with bits that were red now purple from jeans!)

Rooster, any chance of a vid of trimble clattering a scarlett off the posts?

I did stay till the end but i don't really blame people for leaving before the whistle. You couldn't turn round without the hail taking your face off.

Well.....

the Cap'n and Kimble are still there....

directly below the camera to the left.....

in the tight fitting, post shrunk, 2BU shirts....

looking for the remains of a mystical banner.....

very wet and very miserable!

But, I have an idea.....
