Internet trouble??

DNS is Domain Name Service. Its the thing that converts the hostname uafc.co.uk into the IP 213.171.218.201, which is where this site actually lives.
Think of it as a big phonebook for t'internet, just like you remember some phone numbers and won't need to look them up, your computer will remember some IPs and won't need to look them up, explaining why you can still access some sites and not others.
If the DNS is screwed you'll need to contact your ISP. As Rooster suggested try unplugging your modem/router and then plugging it back in tho incase its just got its knickers in a twist.
Were you able to try the steps I asked in the earlier post?
