Given UR have had months and months to prepare for this, and there are really only two possible outcomes I would sincerely hope immediately following the result of the trial UR state unequivocally the position going forward.

Logan being Logan, however, we may just get a release saying that UR will now conduct a review...

All that a juror need consider is do they believe that the one eye-witness is lying when she reported being asked if she wished to join in. If not the only thing they need consider is does the eye-witness strike me as someone who would assist 2 males in the rape of a woman. If not, they are definitely not guilty.

So simple really, can’t think why one of the legal eagles did not posit that in their summing up ...... or maybe it just wasn’t reported.

Dennis Gardner (not Shane Logan) wrote to all stakeholders yesterday saying UR and IRFU would make one single joint statement

The IRFU will then conduct a review
