If I say "so do I" now, does that mean I can say "I told you so" later  :?:

That's fine, but when we don't sign this "household name", I'll be able to say "I told you so"!!

But then if we do sign them, everyone'll be happy cause we've signed a big name and I can say I just was trying not to get people's hopes up! (very tentative argument here!)

Zanussi, that's a household name. Big Mike and ‘Small’ were down at Dixon’s buying a dishwasher for the UR office and the story got blown out of proportion.
We have our full compliment of foreigners so it’s probably Dawson or nobody.

We have two foreigners Steiner and Justin as Rod is going so it could be a foreigner.

I thought we were only permitted two :?

Dawson is coming but so is another big signing if they can pull it off. ps I'm not actually saying that Dawson is a big signing I think his best days are behind him and that he is essentially cover for the RWC (tackle-bag team)

We are getting a NZ U19 winger looking to find his Irish roots as was previously stated?

Is it a current NZ Under 19 winger? If so would Manning and Cullens agent have anything to do with the deal? Not complaining though.

cjp- part of the problem is in the description an NZ U19 winger - ie is it someone from NZ who happens to be U19 or a NZ representative player.

In truth I do not see someone that is in the NZ U19 set up given the quality of that system to go on and produce top class players jumping ship to come here if you know what I mean. Could be wrong surely someone should be able to find the wingers on the U19 side and see if there is any suggestive Irish roots.

Well Manning jumped ship because there was too many good young fly halves. Rico and Hosea Gear,Nonu,Rockoco,Sivivatu never mind the lads at Under 21 level. He maybe feels to play International rugby he has to look to Ireland. Cullens agent grabbed Manning could be the same guy.
