You simply couldn't drop anyone in the backrow right now. When Ireland's best backrow comes up next season Hendo will likely remain in the 2nd row.
And thank goodness for that!

I don't have too much trouble with Hendo alternating between lock and back row as and when but Matty Rea is very undeserving of relegation after last week imo. I'm a fan of Treadwell but he's off form at the moment.

Black dropping out completely is a bit of a shock in that, is he injured ?

hadn't even noticed the Baldy Barista's absence, he's been very solid of late. maybe someone just couldn't resist playing the selection lottery even after a great result.

Glad Cave is in but having Ludik and Piutau in their proper positions too much to hope for clearly

Very strange indeed unless he is injured, the Bele Tele have him named in their article
Ulster team to play Wasps

(15-9): C Piutau; L Ludik, D Cave, S McCloskey, J Stockdale; C Lealiifano, J Cooney;

(1-8): C Black, R Best (captain), R Ah You, A O'Connor, K Treadwell, I Henderson, S Reidy, N Timoney;

Replacements (16-23): R Herring, K McCall, W Herbst, M Rea, C Henry, D Shanahan, J McPhillips, R Lyttle.

not beyond the genii at Ulster to name an incorrect team on one of their many media channels as we've seen over Christmas. I await confirmation with bated breath... :lol:
