Lovely photographs Snipster.i like your choice of holiday destination. Did the missus not go or is it a boys only holiday i was there a few years ago loved it.

Courmayeur - lovely place. Even better when it's under 6' of snow.

Aye, once walked Chamonix to Courmayeur the long way round. Beautiful and some excellent hostelries to stop the night in especially on the Swiss leg. Highly recommended.
