Tuohy looks worryingly comfortable.
I really hope Ruan hasn’t lowered himself to such buffoonery and is practicing his kicking or some other more suitable activity.

You've got to get your first tackle in early, even if it's late.

Senior pros somewhat conspicuous by their absence. Johann conveniently managed to get himself a prestigious gig down at the Titanic Quarter anniversary - no big flowery dress.

I like this a bit or a throw back to amateurism, fair play for the cowboy for this as I don't imagine the doc being a big fan of such sporadic fun. Certainly look to be having a good time of it.

I see on the twitter machine that Munster are having their own version tomorrow, seems a bit organised (sheeite) compared to arriving to work and being told 'see you there kids'.

Aye but the other 2 of his team were at Titanic as well and are all on the way to Bundoran

Court, Muller, Touhy, Diack, Ferris, Henry, Williams, Jackson, Wallace, Cave, Trimble, Payne, Gilroy, Olding, Marshallx2, to name a few I would have thought were fairly senior characters.

All present except the lions and Ruan really.

JOE

The best tweets from the Ulster Rugby road trip to Donegal today.......... >6shooter Video
As part of a quite brilliant team-building exercise, the Ulster Rugby lads went on a bit of a road trip from Belfast to Donegal today and some of their players captured the experience with some great tweets.

In an exercise entitled ‘freefly’, which is explained in full by Ulster coach Mark Anscombe in the video below, the Ulster Rugby lads made a trip from Belfast to Donegal today, a trip they had to make without driving themselves or using public transport while completing some tasks along the way.

The experience was documented in a series of tweets sent out by Ulster Rugby players throughout the day and while they might have made for strange reading for Ulster fans who didn’t know exactly was going on, some of them are very funny and the lads seemed to be having a helluva good time.

Beats pre-season training anyway, right? Here are some of the best tweets from the Ulster players today and amid suggestions that the Munster squad are going to do something similar later this week, keep an eye out for the players hitching their way around the highways and byways of the province over the next few days.

This is probably a daft question, but I don't immediately recognise the Leigh Halfpenny lookalike. New guy?

Is that not Nipper Henderson with a beard?

Give as a clue Sham. I neither know nor care what Lee 1/2d looks like. Although I suspect I sill would be no use to you, if I did.

I have to admit to recognising more of the public houses in the pictures than Ulster squad members. Isn't it fortunate that they wear white shirts with big numbers on their backs when I'm really interested in who's who.
