For the avoidance of any possible doubt, I wish to state on the record that I have never had a bank account in the Isle of Man. In fact I've never even been there.

Many fees related to property transactions are calculated as a % of the value of the transaction and bare no relation to hours worked
Thus what The firm did to earn the fee could be a red herring .

Similarly to talk of losses in a property transaction is a myth unless there is evidence that a higher bid had been disregarded and the party making the bid was valid with sufficient funds to complete .
In many cases it is a matter of opinion as to both validity and funding .

The only person who would know who was to benefit from the diverted funds is Mr Coulter and unless he names the parties everything is pure speculation assuming the funds were paid to or diverted by Mr Coulter .
The story is half baked at the moment and like Watergate we await the the contents of the tapes .

With or without the use of an aeroplane?
They could clearly pick up the stench of your wealth from 30,000ft.

Jim Allister really getting his teeth into this one. Not a fan of his but when he's not spouting bile he's undoubtedly cleverer than the average village idiot on the hill.

I keep finding myself defending Jim despite my better judgement. He must have been a good barrister. His arguments are always clear and on point. I think he is by a considerable distance the most able politician we have in the assembly. Just a pity he is such a bampot.

Was he on the Rugby trip to Japan in 1989 with Ian "Frankie" Coulter in 1989? Discuss with photographic evidence where relevant and appropriate. And another link for those following the Project Eagle story - http://www.irishnews.com/news/2015/07/0 ... ry-168517/
