It's not merely the killing. It's the trophy posing and seeming pleasure he took in doing so. There's something wrong with him.
Dave, stop being such a snowflake, the point of killing something with a rifle is to get that pleasure , mind you sneaking up a behind half a ton beast with a Swiss Army knife has it’s thrills I would still prefer a good Browning or Remington from a distance.

You see Kofi, whatever way you dress it up, there is no honour in using any weapon from distance in killing an animal, be it plentiful like buffalo or rare like rhinos. It would be like tossing a hand grenade into one of Rooster's chicken houses and calling yourself a hunter.

I'd put your life on it that the buffalo didn't have any idea of MC's presence, so no he didn't hunt it, it was more like an adult sized version of shooting ducks at a carnival.

I know too it matters not one füćk to the buffalo that it features as a trophy on a bakebook snap but I find my distaste for such pics just as strong as for the act of sneaky slaughter.

Each to their own.

Our former glorious leader would have hunted and killed that buffalo with little more than a Swiss Army knife... skills like that honed over years of special forces training.

Massacred a spider in the bathroom just now. No fun involved it was me or him. Hand to hand combat. They'll keep coming, for now I'll lay in wait.

Can anyone tell me why spiders are so much bigger these days than when I was young? New breed?

No. Global warming. Warmer weather means there's more food for them these days so when they come into your house for the winter they're bigger.
