Close call with several worthy candidates, but my vote goes to cave for his celebration of Addison's try - shows what a team player he is.

Seriously, though ... Hendo by the narrowest of margins from EOS and Rory, with several others not too far behind.

A real team performance (by most of the team). :duck:

Grumps that was exactly that, a team performance, you don't do that away to any good team without 13/14 players being good or better, and several at the top of their game.

Marty was very good. Scrummaged well and really some effective clearouts. Our scrum woes appear to be somewhat resolved. We will wait to see how it goes against Munster in a few weeks.

Special mention for Marcell. In the maul before Addison's try, Marcell hauls two Scarlets lottering round on the wrong side. He drags them helplessly with two big hands and leaves them on the ground. Not sure if he had time for a pic on the floor as he inspected his kill but it was a funny moment.

Ulster will miss Rory when he retires.

I don't believe we'd have beaten either Cardiff or Scarlets without him.

I agree. Is there anyone in the wings who looks like a captain in waiting? Can't see anyone.

Voted for Best, he was a man possessed. It was such a great battle between him and Ken Owens, i couldn't take my eyes off it. I think our Rory won that battle but close enough. Very impressed with both our starting props, they didn't have perfect games but scrum was solid and they contributed around the park. Saying that, how good is that Scarlets pack compared to last years? Were we tested up front? Nonetheless, you can only play what's put in front of you.

Well done UR, a good team win with plenty of very good performances all over the pitch. I really hope we give them some more this week with a convincing win. Scarlets were poor, they'll be better this weekend IMO.

EOS for me too. For the tackle count as well as more holding his own scrummaging against Samson Lee.
