I saw a video on Cooney's insta story of Mike's face. If it was recent he has no chance.

Without Stockdale and Addison he will be giving every chance.

If he has a broken/fractured cheekbone, Munster will smash his face at the breakdown and tackle at every opportunity.

Id put my £5bet on Lyttle.
Ethan McIlroy played 15 v Glasgow home, Connacht away, Scarlets home.

Rob Lyttle played 15 v Dragons away.

Stewart Moore played 15 v Cardiff home, Munster home.

Are rugby players allowed those face masks you see footballers wearing to protect cheek injuries?

Not sure on the exact rules, but I remember thing that Imanol Harinordoquy's effort was quite something. Also a man memorable for playing with broken ribs and having his dad jump down out of the stand to get involved in a brawl he was in.

May we see his like again...

20 comments on a match thread a day before a crucial home qf against interpro rivals. Are folks not bothered to discuss the game or are we apprehensive that ulster will again be found out to be lacking at the tail end of the season once more?

No sign of Beirne, perhaps unsurprisingly.

POM, AK and GC in their back row.

Two average teams slogging over the hope to lose to Leinster at some point.

Our replacement forwards are grim, but theirs are no great shakes either.
