Only problem with that is that if it was Toulon, it would essentially be a SH side versus another SH barbarians side (which Toulon aren't a kick in the a55 off being)

Yeah, look so comfortable ball in hand. For the record I wouldn't want to watch us play the Chiefs. Though it might teach the boys a thing or two.

Unfortunately missed Blue v Jaguares and the first half of Brumbies v Chiefs but my word, some of the offloading in that 2nd game was beyond unreal.

Damian McKenzie is 20 YEARS OLD.

Absolutely frightening.

Everyone is slobbering over Super Rugby. It's woefully poor defences that allow the chucking around of the ball. Tackling appears to be somewhat optional with a lot of long arm grabbing. Skills are at a high level, but they do let each other play.

Are we allowed to comment on these games if we have not ever attended them?

Go Nuts! :D I find it an enjoyable watch, OK the defences are poor, but the skill level is good and the games can be entertaining unlike the borefest in Dublin on Sat!

Saw an incredible couple of games that put the NH stuff to shame. However I was bored still with the Australian game more like Rugby league; nary a scrum or lineout and hardly a breakdown - all penalties and cross the backline passing!
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Interesting to note that Wales has got a mid-week game v the Chiefs scheduled between the 1st and 2nd tests v the All Blacks for their tour this June. There are no super rugby games in June because of the summer tours, so the Welsh 2nd XV could face a strong Chiefs line up in that game.

Yet these "woeful" defenders dont seem to have a problem keeping NH teams out when it comes to International games.

Fast open and exciting rugby at super 14 level to keep the punters coming in, then transfer the superior skills learned into international rugby. Whereas the NH teams continue to play tired old defence minded tom kite, then wonder why the players cant execute a 2 on 1 properly :banghead:
