I've given up asking. I was told he doesn't do anything but spectate during the match.

My kneejerk reaction is sack all the imports and spend their wages on development.
been of a similar view for a while hence my repetative comments on wages... dump Heron, Hond, Deysel, Ross and Diack with immediate effect and you could trial a development program for the next 10 years.. not one of those would take anything away from the current team.
