OK this is going to hurt me a little but.......Yes Russ you are 100% correct and even more he is only capable of playing at Loosehead. We found that out before.

You have to be a guaranteed starter for Munster or Ulster, or own a Leinster shirt to get in these squads.

Am I right in thinking there is not a single Ulsterwoman in the Ireland women's squad for the 6 nations?
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

I would be surprised if that is correct, is Lauren Day not in it this year, haven't seen the squad.

Better late than never, it's true to say, Bent plays both sides almost equally badly, though moderately better at LH.

It's a toss up whether Bent or Beagle is the least good Irish international of the professional era ............ and that lets some real chubes off the Geordie Hook.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
