In modern rugby you only need 2 line out players provided you have a good "chucker in" and blind referees only blow the blatant crooked throw.
Therefore one heavy second row is possible provided a back row forward can be lifted.
Too many people can't think outside the box.
Think-- Leinster about 75% of their line out ball is thrown to Toner using a number of lifters and the other 25% he's a decoy or visa versa
