Irish Times reports that Carberry beats Cardiff on his own, in 16 minutes.

14 other blokes hung around giving him a bit of support now and again.

Decent game last night.

Big GT was immense for Connacht.

Munster’s much-vaunted young 8,9 and 10 had their work cut out.

Probably better benches. Also, greater compensation.

How are Munster allowed to sign another NIQ lock (already capped for SA) when Snyman is already there?

What is Nucifora at, if he allows this? Munster have been posting large losses for the last few years and cannot meet the repayment to Thomond
Park. But IRFU continue to bankroll them with nonsense like this. Three South African locks in the one side. Are the other three Provinces
now obliged to supply all locks to the Irish team? What message does this send out to young Ahearne who is a fine prospect?
If you count in Cloete and Knox, Munster will have a third of their team born in South Africa.
Meanwhile Munster men, Sweetnam and Hanrahan depart for France.

I can't fathom the decision making. Joey was atrocious against Leinster. JJ will be a big loss. There seems to be some talk over financial issues as to the reason for JJ and Sweetnam leaving. IDK what is going on. Meanwhile we are only permitted the sloppy seconds.
