Good luck, I've just had my pre op today, they are hopefully removing my prostate and a stuck kidney stone next week, staying positive is key I find.

Thanks all, last year they removed a tumour and half a kidney and the scan shows that part is all clear so keeping positive here, I get a CT scan every 6 months to keep an eye on things.

Jones killed any interest I have in the national team, I have watched more of my old club Leicester Lions in National 2 West, they are currently top of the league and might get promoted to level 3 in the National 1 league next week.
