There is a new rule now that all Ulster contracted players must join Division 1 clubs so somebody like McKinney maybe?

Expect to see McAleese or Ferris playing 10, unless they put their hand deep into the pockets and buy a 10.

I would imagine he will go to Harlequins again, I hear James Shiels has left Dungannon for Harlequins as well. No idea who Hinch have signed but just know neither of those 2 players will play 10.

Shiels never did anything for Dungannon. Played nearly every game 2 seasons ago and was always iffy when I saw him. Then Jackson came along and I never heard tale of him.

Armagh have had a big influx of ex players and ex RSA players returning.

The IRFU usually release a full list of all transfers on the website but as of yet nothing.

Nice to see a bit of discussion about club rugby. What do people think of Division 2 being cut in half?
