CIty Of Derry have been impressive, as have Hinch, and i'm sure Rainey will be there or there abouts. However surely it would be a big ask for either Malone or Banbridge to be challenging for promotion in a season where they have just been promoted to a new league.

Harlequins to struggle? At present it looks like they won't have Heaney back until Pienaar returns, will Allen, Olding, Scholes and one of Macklin/McComb/Annett make that big a difference?

How is Rory Scholes doing? Living up to promise, he looked excellent for CCB.
