Seriously though, is Marcell fixed or not? Wonder do Fireball or KOTH know anything? Wouldn't be the first time UR haven't delivered.

I think he is fixed but not match ready. Usually players when they have been out for so long need to adjust back to taking contact. It's not as straight forward as you think.
