I was at Rory's launch in London last week. He spoke very well. He had great praise for Darren Cave for his help during the 'crisis time' at Ulster.
He said that during the playing of the National Anthems against England and Wales he spent the time staring down Rowntree/Gatland in the stands, saying to himself " I am going to prove you f'eckers wrong today". It gave him great motivation.

Really enjoyed that. Rory allowed to be just himself. As a result, he came across as the Rory we all know - rather than the way some of the Irish press corps tried to portray him as someone not fit to be Irish captain.

According to that Highly Regarded organ of the press the The Irish Independent -- Rory Best is being sued by Jackson's legal advisors -- there could be a few woman in a sweat or there should be -- if they have any sense ,if they have been identified -- for attacking Best for attending a trial on the second day, of a trail which last 2 1/2 months using a # tag Ibelieveher when not one piece of evidence had been submitted.

The reason I am of this opinion is there was actually nothing wrong with the advice given to Best nor should his presence in the court room have created the stir it did . Thus those who created the brad pitt-storm could well be asked to justifiy their action and comments and the Use of the # tag, by Jackson legal team in order to show that their request was not bad advice .

Rory Best had as much right to be in the gallery of that Court Room as any other member of the Public . The legal team may thus seek to prove Best 's post trial comments are wrong and That his comments are based on the public reaction which was wrong, not the advice .

Of course if the judge is of a vindictive frame of mind he could consider the comments and their actions as Contempt of Court and an attempt to pervert the course of Justice.

And the justice system could well be in the frame of mind to pursue the action along these lines to prevent a similar Social media out burst at some future trial.
