Seems their number 2 SH has done his ankle and is out for three months.

Lucky for them that it isn’t Blade.

Yes it is Colm Reilly - (ankle) has undergone surgery for a ligament injury and is expected to be unavailable for 12 weeks.

"A total of 37 projects were successful in 2020 with a promise of €86m. Following talks with the government a further €37m has been allocated to 27 of the applicants.

The Sportsground redevelopment will receive €20m in funding rather than the initial €10m grant, although the extra grant had already been confirmed by former government chief Sean Kyne.

The RDS, which hosts a number of equestrian events and Leinster matches, is now benefiting from €15m instead of the initial €10m.

Munster Rugby's Centre of Excellence will be funded for work to the extent of €2.7m instead of €1.5m."

All Governnent funding.
Meanwhile we haven't got a pot to pizz in.

We did get a shiny new stadium back in the day from Stormont.

Sportsground has needed a redevelopment for years, phase two in Galway is a new training facility and a new stand of 7,000 to replace the Clan Terrace in time for 2025/26 season. Phase 3 is a redevelopment of the current main stand with a final capacity of 12,000.

Two problems Covid and Jonny Petrie handling of the La Rochelle fiasco and the premature dismissal of the ground staff have left UR in financial difficulty.
The current performance on the field is not likely to resolve the finances in a hurry.

I like that some teams take a punt on their Euro kit v just doing a different version of their regular kits like Leinster/Munster.

I am a fan of the current Ulster Euro kit, but not the fact a lot of our training gear looks like Leinster gear.

Well that'll seal that 5th star for them...

10 appearances for Munster in 3 years. A bit of a gamble for Leinster. He is probably being sponsored. There is plenty of money floating around Dublin.
I personally wouldn't touch him. We have enough of a problem with our culture without bringing in someone like Snyman.

I would like to thank Munster for all the work they did on minding and rehabbing Snyman over the years. I hope he gets to play a few games for them before the end of the season.

It's like watching someone else put all the coins into slot machine. Leinster will hit the jackpot if they keep this guy fit.
