He's been doing all right for 20-30 mins when his energy levels are up --- but when I say doing all right and no doubt when you say pretty damn well - you are taking into mind that its for a 35 year old.

Despite not being bad, he has been slow into the defensive line most of the season. He's not been carrying well and has never featured at the line outs.


Apart from being more solid than Slieve Donard under a high ball, he's offering us very little apart from control at the base. If that is now in question I don't see how his continued selection can be justified.
