it's always mediocre but today's coverage was disgustingly poor. rabble-rousing, i think is the word.darkside lightside wrote:the ITV coverage really plumbs the depths - firstly you have a commentator who seems to miss more than he gets, he's always gets confused with penalty and scrum advantage, whoever could have thought it was so difficult! and the panel are just dire, particularly for this match, when it was a 'more-outraged-than-thou' fest.. the fact that I was almost nostalgic for inverdale, guscock and the rent-a-celts says it all!!

Re: ItV coverage
They are seriously weak in the research department. The entire panel were unaware of the ruling on picking a player up and dropping him.

On Saturday Pienaar also seemed to be unaware that the ref can't go to the TMO to decide if someone should be sent off...

Re: ItV coverage
I actually thought their coverage today was decent. enjoyed the build-up with a nice piece on the new kiwi fly half and the bit on cooper. The commentary was okay and the post-match analysis reasonable enough - Fitzy is very strong. Shame they didn't have campo and moore from talksport.

Re: ItV coverage
Was disgusted with the comments from Pienaar and Dayglo yesterday
Re: ItV coverage
Pienaar i didn't find so offensive today, at least he's comitted to his own nonsense. Dallaglio's a treacherous barsteward I reckon, being named Brutus suits him.

Lorenzo Bruno Nero. Not sure who Bruno was but Nero was the bloke who fiddled while Rome burned and killed his motherLoki wrote:Pienaar i didn't find so offensive today, at least he's comitted to his own nonsense. Dallaglio's a treacherous barsteward I reckon, being named Brutus suits him.
