Turns out the bloke who owns the restaurant was actually at Stormont cooking up lunch for the Bangladesh team - vegetable curries with boiled rice apparently. Did the trick anyway.

Nice saturday afternoon, pints of Guinness £3 and a close enough game. Never got around to obtaining Indian or Pakistan flags and our 4 Provinces flag didnt seem to cause any international friction. Ireland seemed incapable of running more than 1 run at a time which probably lost them the game. The Enler Blues Club at Comber Football club was an equally enjoyable way to spend sunday afternoon - Pints £2.80

That's not so far from the truth Rooster. Travellers can claim an exemption if they are more than a camel ride from home

For most Muslims, it's not inflexible. They can also donate to a famine relief charity or the like to compensate.

With the Thirds topping out Junior 6 and the Fourths topping Junior 8 only the seconds failed to win their league!

Ireland v Australia A at Civil Service, Stormont - 4 day friendly - 14-17 June 2013 with apparently free admission but cant see anywhere either when gates open or first ball is to be bowled. Anyone else going at any stage and know anything? Aiming to call in Friday and can anyone who is a regular at Civil Service confirm that if its pouring rain we can get inside to the bar to watch Rory and the golf - he tees off 12.45pm our time on Friday with Tiger Woods and Alan Scott and it's presumably on Sky.

What are the chances in % terms that Ellyse Perry will be at Stormont watching the game?

Can't help feeling that this Warner thing has been blown up out of all proportion. It's not the first Ashes bar room bust up. Didn't Beefy and Ian Chappell have a bit of a set to back in the day?

Rather predictably I will probably feel the need to chant "Are you Warner in disguise" at any Ozzie supporters we bump into and given that one of our merry number will be waving a large Ozzie fleg it will be him to start with. Maybe persuade him to throw a couple of fake punches to shouts of Fight Fight Fight.

It is poor form. Ireland now have a number of players who are good enough to play county cricket in england and have already lost 3 players, Joyce, Morgan and now Rankin to England. They need to improve first class cricket for Ireland with the realistic goal of future test status.

Yes of course they would lose regularly at the outset (a la Italy in the 6 Nations and in all likelihood, Argentina in the initial years of the Rugby Championship) but you have to start somewhere. They also need to build on the momentum the game has gained in Ireland.

Another good showing at the world cup in 2015 would help as well. We've probably as much chance of winning it as we do with the rugby one!
