Totally laughable about many of the responses here...ignorance is bliss. The 'gym bunnies' are under the control of Ulster Rugby and have been for the last 3 years...If you don't know sh*t then don't comment.

Opening rounds of cup made. Any more thoughts on cups now most of the meaningless friendlies have been played and teams are closer to playing their only competitive games of the year?
