Which specific lifts/routines/excercises would cause a player to be more likely to suffer an ACL?

It is perhaps the strengthening of certain muscles out of proportion to other muscles that can cause a weakness elsewhereDave wrote:Which specific lifts/routines/excercises would cause a player to be more likely to suffer an ACL?

Tom was only going off on a stretcher on Sunday. His leg was heavily strapped so he was obviously carrying something. Rodders who was meant to be out for the season was pulled into the squad at last minute but never likely to feature. Hope ToT gets a nice bonus for wrecking himself and missing a world cup.TinPig wrote:Tommy O’Toole out of the Ireland U20 squad. A prize if you can guess his injury. Yep knee.
