Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

Ah the great days of Arabic culture when there was a thirst for knowledge rather than blood.big mervyn wrote:The Book of Roger is a geographical text written in Arabic in the 12th century.
On Britain:
As for Britain, it "is set in the Sea of Darkness. It is a considerable island, whose shape is that of the head of an ostrich, and where there are flourishing towns, high mountains, great rivers and plains. This country is most fertile; its inhabitants are brave, active and enterprising, but all is in the grip of perpetual winter."

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Roger very clearly innocent. Case dismissed.LegsLikeSausages wrote:I have a horrible feeling we're going to lose both of them for this match.

I agree rooster - the scarlets player coming in after Luke certainly seems to do more damage than Luke did. I'd hope, given that his own player also failed to avoid contact, luke will be cleared of this. But he probably won't.Rooster wrote:Nah it was the so called punch the ref said was ok, it is in the video link.Cockatrice wrote:Is Wilsons citing for the punch no punch.... I seen him leave an elbow in someone's face on one of Gilroys runs.
On Marshalls one it looks like Luke hit him and then a Scarlets player hit him but the real bang to the head was when he hit the ground in the tackle.

Just to put things into perspective (on this lovely thread which you all must be so proud of), Nick Williams' illegal ruck clearout has ended Aaron Shingler's season.

Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.
