I saw the empty seats but missed the Williams knock on.
The ref must be relieved that the eagle eyed supporter
spotted it and rang it in to spare his blushes.

BBC reported that a lot of taffs were stranded at Bristol airport because of the snow. How many empty seats?

A poor game of rugby played in poor conditions --- to what extent the conditions contributed to the standard of play is really the question . It was the errors so much as the nature of the errors and the fact that the trys came from what most would consider unforced errors .

If the teams are really as inept as the appeared last night then -- they really are poor sides-- but I think that both sides have the potential to be better than what was on display last night and should not be taken lightly by the Irish .

Empty seats means little --- unsold tickets is another matter. The weather last night might have kept many at home to watch it on Television.

Take the Irish open this year all tickets sold 9 months in advance --- but if the weather is bad there could be a lot of empty seats at Portrush . The rain come in from the Atlantic is still fng cold even in July.

Empty seats in Paris, as mentioned Welsh delayed/stuck due to the snow. French watching it at home. Also ground is in a fairly dodgy part of Paris to be fair.
