Franco Manca is excellent. Massive wood burning ovens big enough to cremate a body + very thin bases so they only take minutes to cook. I'm not sure I can taste the difference between sourdough and ordinary dough, though.
And before any of yiz come on here telling me that they're wrong variety if crisp or there's not enough sauce or the sausage roll has too high meat content or the butter is too evenly spread ...

I am not going to criticise , simply ask you WTF that is, some batter covered in snow is my best guess????

Just confirms what we already knew - Ulster Fry beats the other local variations. Dare I say it - it's not a variation, but a species of its own anyway.
