Going to Galway in a few weeks, plan on visiting a pizzeria called the Dough Bros. Wodd-burning stove sort of yoke, I hold out high hopes!
Dominos for the extra flavours is an option, however I found a look pizzeria that serves on a very thin bread to have 10 times the taste

Franco Manca does pizza on sourdough, need one of those in Belfast

You've just lost the run of yourself altogether.
It's the hope that kills you.

Franco Manca is excellent. Massive wood burning ovens big enough to cremate a body + very thin bases so they only take minutes to cook. I'm not sure I can taste the difference between sourdough and ordinary dough, though.

Reverse engineering it from his words....

I have a feeling this is a sandwich made from buttered white pan filled with non-Tayto crisps, a sausage roll and some brown sauce.

Or it may be a chip-shop pastie left out in the snow  >EW

Sausage roll and crisp sandwich. Back in the day that was a real treat. Normally could only afford a sausage roll or a crisp sandwich.

I have no comment, that is beyond my experience.

That isn't a sausage roll... this is a sausage roll. It needs to have at least 4 sausages in it.

Just noticed THIS on the Beeb

Just confirms what we already knew - Ulster Fry beats the other local variations. Dare I say it - it's not a variation, but a species of its own anyway.

"The Full Welsh" wtf? treated with the contempt it deserved.

The only thing right about that was the bacon.
