I like Dominos. I'm aware that probably makes me a Yank sell out - but at least I'm aware that I'm eating garbage.

Going to Galway in a few weeks, plan on visiting a pizzeria called the Dough Bros. Wodd-burning stove sort of yoke, I hold out high hopes!

Dominos for the extra flavours is an option, however I found a look pizzeria that serves on a very thin bread to have 10 times the taste

Franco Manca does pizza on sourdough, need one of those in Belfast

Franco Manca is excellent. Massive wood burning ovens big enough to cremate a body + very thin bases so they only take minutes to cook. I'm not sure I can taste the difference between sourdough and ordinary dough, though.
