Don't you love to see Wenger in misery - one of the truly great sights in sport.

Never should have got that far - Walcott should have been sent packing for diving for the 1st 'penalty' - even admitted it after the game...

As a ManU fan was rooting for your hated team, simply because anything that annoys Wenger is good for us and yours are irrelevant. Think you blew your chance big time. Close but no cigar.

Another great battling performance but just not quite to be.

What do we reckon for Wednesday night? I think it will be very difficult to stop Arsenal a second time. It would be great to win although last year's cup run coincided with a bad league run but then again I'm working with a few Arsenal supporters and I'd love to slag them a bit.

Well said LastKnightoftheproms. That goal was a fantastic strike and Leeds gave it their all but in the end the extra class of Arsenal was the telling factor. Until the third goal went in Leeds were well in it though and although I know the league is the important thing I can never watch Leeds and not hope they win so I was urging them on all the way.

I watched the match in my local public house as my television is currently out of commission and I found myself at times going on about how stupid Mike Dean really is. Would you agree or is that maybe just me being a bit of a kn-b with drink affecting my judgement? Not that I'm saying he cost us the game but he annoyed me giving every fecking decision to the Premier League team.

Anyway back to the real business of the season now and hopefully Leeds can continue on their good ways and stay towards the top and maybe, just maybe, be in the shake up.

Yes I think you are right. Sometimes in the heat of battle we can all get a little irrational and to be fair us old Thomond Park folk(Shannon supporters rather than the new Munster brigade that is) are renowned for our dislike of and dismissal as fecking idiots of referees. :)

Agree on Strachan. I couldn't hear everything he was saying but he sure has a soft spot for Leeds as you'd expect. Feck he was some player for us in his time at Elland Road. Can't help but like the guy.

Gordon Strachan, part of the best midfield we have had for years!!!

Agree with a lot of the previous, time to concentrate on the league and regain our rightfull place in the Premier League!!!

Neither am I browner, neither am I.

93 years ago on the 17th of October Leeds City FC was wound up in the Metropole Hotel and it's players sold like cattle in an auction. Supporters of the team stayed on and that evening Leeds United AFC was born. On the 31st of October they were accepted into the league. We've always been a club that refuses to die and stands up.

This lot may be good, they may be bad, but Leeds will go on.

MOT.
What a load of old crap. :D

Ha only joking mate....Leeds will indeed go on.

Being beaten by the fecking Blues doesn't help though, especially when I have to face a fecking Brummie b-stard tomorrow. :(

Aye, mind you the Chelsea players will need to tighten up before then. Southern softies. Or is that racial abuse?
Mmmmmm indeed mate, indeed.

Sometimes the world can make you sad.
