He wasn't sure if he could get into the space between my car and a pillar so I guided him in very slowly; left a bit, right a bit etc. When I came back a couple of hours later he was gone and under my window wiper was a wee note that said, 'Thanks for the parking help. Get yourself a coffee.' wrapped round a fiver. Made my day. >appl :mexican: >appl
You'll find most Dubs are like that, very considerate, very friendly, easy going folk.
That's why all the boggers want to live here!

Probably was from D4 if he usually pays £5 for a coffee

I don't think they take sterling these days even in D4 Mervyn. :D

You'd be doing well to get a coffee for €5.

The ladyboy is correct about Dubland though. D4 is a different animal. Very few boggers or Dubs could afford to live there.

I see Fleggory is at it again.
Yesterday, Mr Campbell referred to a programme on BBC Northern Ireland about a suspected German spy who had lived in Donegal during the Second World War, and was reported to have spoken Irish with a German accent.

"I vill not be tempted to ask vot is dis curried yoghurt mein herr," Mr Campbell posted.

   He is such a moronic d-ckhead he is almost certainly beyond help but if any of you lot know him ya might direct him to Mike's wonderful Irish Language thread where I'll be glad to help him out with Irish words and pronunciations.

The one and only upside to his displays of ignorant imbecility is that it upsets the shinners. :D

The man's an embarrassment, a total embarrassment. when I first read the post, I assumed, it was saying 'Here's the sort of think yer man Campbell would say.' And sure enough it was. Eejit.

Ronnie O'Sullivan. Single handedly makes snooker almost interesting!

He doesn't need to mince his words or go all PC when he has such raw talent to back up what he said!! Love it!
He's not a bad author either - read his two novels a while back and enjoyed them - nothing fancy but half decent yarns nonetheless.
Hope is not a strategy.

He’s not won the world title since 2013 and probably needs to have a think about where he would be without snooker.

Probably running the family porn empire!

World titles? He's got 5 and probably should have 10 but players like O'Sullivan White and Higgins provide a level of entertainment that is immeasurable in tin pots. He's still the best in the world whether or not he decides to apply himself for 17 days at Sheffield.

Well sure but I cannot think of any other sportsman who has shown such a level of disrespect to his colleagues, the infrastructure of his sport and, to a slightly lesser extent, his fans.

Could you imagine Tommy Bowe saying I’m not playing against Dragons because the stadium is brad pitt or I could carry on forever because Rory Scholes and Angus Kernohan are fecking useless?!

Snooker isn't a sport. It's only ballbegs like the Hurricane, the Whirlwind and the Rocket that make it remotely entertaining.

You may have something there, although I was always a Steve Davis fan!

Mr Dull Davis did show a lighter side in later years. The rematch with Denis Taylor is a good watch.

I think he always had a dry sense of humour.

He was just very bloody professional!

8 finals in 9 years.
