How d'ye think it will affect our performance the marra?

a. Relieve the pressure and enable us to give it a lash? or

b. Take the edge of what is no longer a must win game?

I'd say it would help us. qualification in the bag means we are shackle free and can play our expansive game with a touch more freedom. The prize of a home QF in there. 2nd place is great but ur effectivey out unless u draw someone crap in the QF.

That's the thing. It's either win away tomorrow or win away in the quarters (assuming we secure a 2nd spot). Having said that, any away q/f is unlikely to be more difficult than Clermont. Suppose it could even be Clermont or is that mathematically impossible?

Neither. Forget about tonight dont tell them the result and make them play the game.

Irrespective of what happens tonight, if we are good enough to win tomorrow, there's not another team in the competition who would want to play us, home or away!

+1. I know some on here are saying a lot of teams will not want to play us already, but a win tomorrow against a Clermont team with their home record and EVERYTHING to play for would be a far far more potent statement than last week's win.

Still, I really hope the Westies or Glaws can do us a favour tonight as I still think it's our best chance of making the QF's.

Quick calculation says the we sties would do us a pretty big favour if they can even just not leak a bonus point- would guarantee us second place with a losing BP in France.
