Wallace openside also out? Would Dillon have started - believe Noble pretty highly rated?kingofthehill wrote: ↑Thu Aug 08, 2024 3:39 pmOther than Boyd and Dillon it looks full strength.Bayern wrote:injured presumably?kingofthehill wrote: ↑Thu Aug 08, 2024 3:33 pmAdam Boyd is a huge miss.Bayern wrote:Whose missing that is notable?

Be good to see how McVicker & O’Kane go at half backs over the interpros - both talented.

Noble is a school year older, I think, and also very talented. Noble throwing might be a bit better, but in my opinion, he’s definitely not a better rugby player.Tap+Go wrote:Wallace openside also out? If it's essentially a full strength team... only 2 x RBAI, 2 x MCB, 1 x CCB?
Is Wallace now the big deal?

Something wrong at MCB and CCB or just a wee blip?

MCB won't win a Schools Cup for a long time; they're far behind the competition. Their social media feels like a parody account with the way they constantly celebrate interhouse U13 football and U14 interhouse baking.solidarity wrote:Something wrong at MCB and CCB or just a wee blip?
CCB are strong but still slightly behind Wallace and RBAI.

Thanks, King. Very interesting. Must be a story behind this, somewhere.
Re: Any word on the Academy?
any idea why 21 year old TH prop Joe Mawhinney who was ballymenas player of the year last season isnt involved with Ulster? 6'4, 120kg, surely worth another look?

delighted to see that Jamie Kirk is getting national recognition coaching the Ireland U18 development squad. He is streets ahead of the rest.

MCB need freshened up, old trusted methods no longer working...such a shamekingofthehill wrote: ↑Thu Aug 08, 2024 6:31 pmMCB won't win a Schools Cup for a long time; they're far behind the competition.
