If you mean Scotland v Ireland, then the SRU do have a waiting list on their website for returns. Not much use now but the tickets were on public sale but sold out.

They've got tickets on sale on Viagogo.

I've never used it before - is it just licensed touting or do people actually sell for face value + costs.
