Henderson injury

Post by Spiffsson »

Very concerned to see Hendo limp off in tonight's game against Hodges United. I want to see him play against England next week. Any word on it?

Don't worry, I'm sure Joe can find an average Leinster player to replace him. Heck maybe Payne fancies a go in the row.

He was walking about fine at the end.

Think your reading too much into it.

I think I limped off every match I played.
Why? Why not?

Need to watch it back but I think he took a hit to his left thigh just before he came off, dead leg maybe??? (This is just a guess).

Also noticed 50 mins on the clock and wondered if that was the agreed time with Joe?

Hendo seemed to have a personal niggle going on with one of the Ed. locks. He looked well up for it but did give away a few penalties tonight.

Two of which were harsh, he was being being held / pinned on the floor.

Only way he could have got out of that pin down would have been illegal !

Think of how more effective it would have been to have Hendo at 6 and Wilson at 7 given our problems at the breakdown and McComishs passive play.

Whilst McComish was far from brilliant, he wasn't below the average for the team (which was poor)

Not only that but the guy holding him down walked away laughing knowing he'd been a cute hoor.
