Feck that is dreadful what a top man he was, hard as nails.
Two hits I recall was when he folded Chabal at full tilit and knocked out Colin Charvis when Umaga stopped playing to remove his gum shield.
Turned out for a small English club side when he was over on holiday.
Proper rugby man in every sense.

Im not being funny but I have just been shocked to read that he was only 34, nearly the same age as Wilson.
He was playing 2nd division French rugby but surely a guy we could have done with.
He would have loved it here and all.

Had a similar incident much closer to home yesterday evening which has devastated people I know well. Sympathies to all families in such circumstances.

Terribly tragic news. Sincerest condolences to the wider family circle of both Jerry and his wife. Hope the child pulls through.

An absolute tragedy, RIP. Best wishes to the poor wee baby, god love her.
Thoughts are also with the family of a Bangor family who lost their little girl last night in an accident too.

Shocking.
Seems like it was a misjudgement pulling off a motorway hard shoulder in the early hours of the morning, resulting in a collision with a bus.
