There are two approaches to weight lifting

The first is fitness which means lifting lighter weighs but using repetitions to increase fitness

Or to go for bigger weights and fewer repeats to increase muscle tone and strength .

A guy like Bolt wants fitness not bulky muscles were as weight lifters need to increase strength
And use heavier weights which increase bulk .

First report I read on him joining Cardiff : Cardiff Blues announce deal for former Saints prop Salesi Ma'afu.

You may have thought it would have read: Cardiff Blues announce deal for disgraced woman beating sacked Toulon prop Salesi Ma'afu.

Well, it probably fits the facts as we know them.

He might have been a one time saint, but he's certainly a former one now as I doubt that beating weemen fits the job description of saintly behaviour.
