Capt

There are two approaches to weight lifting

The first is fitness which means lifting lighter weighs but using repetitions to increase fitness

Or to go for bigger weights and fewer repeats to increase muscle tone and strength .

A guy like Bolt wants fitness not bulky muscles were as weight lifters need to increase strength
And use heavier weights which increase bulk .

Buster McShane one of the original gyms in Belfast always interviewed people to assess what they wanted to achieve and designed the exercises to suit .

There was a time you could walk up certain streets in Belfast and identify the guys who had a holiday in the Maze by their shape

You may have thought it would have read: Cardiff Blues announce deal for disgraced woman beating sacked Toulon prop Salesi Ma'afu.
Well, it probably fits the facts as we know them.

He might have been a one time saint, but he's certainly a former one now as I doubt that beating weemen fits the job description of saintly behaviour.
I'm not arguing -
I'm just explaining why I'm right
