Re: MATCH OFF
From the advice offered to me I am led to believe that UR had an obligation to re-schedule the cancelled match within 24/48 hours.. They didn't so how come we have escaped any punishment?

It would have been great craic seeing how the PR team would dress it up as a positive if Ulster were punished. I've have laughed my backside off.

I wonder if he had a leaf blower?! 'Sacked for not doing his job'!! There could be a few less at UR this year on those grounds!!

It was an act of God apparently , so Zebre are out the money, maybe having a bullshîtter in charge has its positives.Cockatrice wrote:From the advice offered to me I am led to believe that UR had an obligation to re-schedule the cancelled match within 24/48 hours.. Zebre could not play the game the next day as they had booked an early flight home Saturday morning, I believe

Re: MATCH OFF
Zebre were on the Ryanair flight to Bergamo indeed, they did the trip including hotel for far less than we spend on charters, I can understand charters when there is no other option but the likes of ours to Treviso was plain extravagance when they could have taken the scheduled Aer Lingus to Venice and back.scrum5 wrote:Zebre could not play the game the next day as they had booked an early flight home Saturday morning, I believe

Who is the official airline of UR?
Never wrestle with a pig. You end up covered in muck and the pig loves it.

Re: MATCH OFF
UR require a full charter plane to all away games due to the number of sponsors, alec a doos, shoppers and of course esteemed URSC members that are required
