Uwe Seeler, German footballer died today. One club man (SV Hamburg for 26 years). Precious few of these about anywhere these days. Even in rugby, they're not all that common, or are they?

Reduce numbers to 13 players with no flankers allowed in a scrum 3/2/1 formation. Will have a quicker game with less collisions where speed trumps size.
