If you are a "soldier" ( the RA?) Then you can be , and are , guilty of war crimes against unarmed civilians.
If you are a terrorist...........or
If you are a freedom fighter........
Then you get a" pardon " and can become a government minister.....??

Scotland’s Tom Smith - gone way too soon at only 50! A superb player - one of the first of the modern ball handling props. Not big in stature but technically brilliant and a Lion in so many ways.
