Liverpool in Irish is Learpholl.
I'm only guessing that to pronounce it you say Liverpool in a slightly slurred drunk accent.

Would that be right in Ulster Scots/Gaelic/English hybrid, which is the only way for integrated language in the Province?

Road signs saying “Slow” would in Irish say “Go Mall”.
Whereas “Slow cooking” is “Mallchocarail”.
