I see the ST renewal cut off has been extended to 22 May - that would tell me that sales are not going well - perhaps they will announce Logan's departure before 22 May  >yahoo

Quick question for ST holders. How do you access your tickets?

I normally go to the Ulster Rugby website, then use the drop down menu to select Account Manager, then go in from there, but it seems quite lengthy and awkward.

Is there an easier way that I'm not clued into? An app perhaps?

I added a link to the "My Events" page (where the tkts are) to my phone's desktop. Then I click on the icon to go straight to the logon and the live tkts after that.

The Google pay app is a good way of storing the tickets for quick access and they are available even if your phone is offline.

Don't know what Ticketmaster is doing. Just spent ages trying to log in. Maybe i'm just getting old and doddery. Eventually got in on my phone but can't get in on my laptop with exactly the same login info. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Anyone else getting a "403 Forbidden" message if they try to log into their Ulster Rugby Account Manager?

Finally success. I tried firefox, chrome, MS edge and safari all to no avail. I finally twigged that vpn might be blocking the whole process. Switched it off and lo and behold season ticket purchased. Being of a certain age, who uses a mobile phone as a phone, I am now struggling to take UR's advice and get my season ticket on my phone. Any help from you younguns would be appreciated.

Access your season ticket package at https://am.ticketmaster.com/ulster/

You then select individual match tickets and send them to google pay on your phone etc, hope that helps.

Or, if you can get emails on your phone, download the individual tickets to your comp, email them to yourself and save/open them on your phone as needed.

As you managed to get in last night I assume you have it sussed though. Great to see you again last night.
