I’m shocked.

Of course Ulster are treated the same as the other Provinces.

Who could have seen that news coming?

Visa will probably be coming out of retirement next.

SOB joining Paddy at the Not Nots. Expected to be on around £450k/year, a similar salary to his current Irish Central contract which runs out after RWC.

Outstanding contract for him. He is unlikely to be available for much more than 25% of the games given his injury profile.

Agreed. His agent has earned their money on this one.

Gutted if that's true. It looked horrible at the time.

that's horrendous if true. he's an excellent player with genuine x-factor for his position, Ireland and Leinster are different teams when he's involved.

It is good to see he is thinking positively. However even assuming he does return next season one would have to wonder if he will always be impacted by this serious injury. Lots of times players never get back to the same level after something like this.

It’s kind of early to say isn’t it?!

I saw Stevie May do his ACL, PCL and MCL at Fulham and he was back in 14 months.

Good luck to Dan. You get the impression that if determination and hard work count for anything then he’ll be OK.
