MCB 150 was a great tournament.

3 Leinster teams plus MCB ended up in top 4.

From what I saw that was right.

MCB v Rock semi v tight.

Michaels miles ahead.

Results on MCB 150 fb page.

Photos on front row union.

Inst, CCB, WHS just not at top 4 level.

I was at the RBAI v MCB game two weeks ago in horrendous weather and have to say it was good wee game. Feisty encounter with the two 7s getting red carded for some handbags.
Both sides played well but MCB had the edge overall but not much in it to be fair. I didn't catch the MCB tournament but its good to see an Ulster side up amongst the top four finishers.

I believe Sexton played 15 for Bangor Grammar yesterday when they lost away to CCB 42 40.

MCB the only undefeated 1xv side this year in normal friendlies.
