He doesn't have any English heritage as far as I'm aware. Needs more than just the three year standdown period.

If I'm wrong, you've got yourself a fantastic outhalf.

If Paddy led engerland to a 5 pointer against Ireland and France got 5 points against the ewe fanciers, that would make my year. That would be wonderful karmic justice.

PJ outstanding yesterday vs Saints. He'd be starting at RWC for Leirland with Sexton benching. Golden generation 10 betrayed.

PJ might be a free agent soon if the investment in LI doesn't come through. Cash flow issues mean staff may not get paid this month.

LI statement: It has been public knowledge that the Club is exploring its options with regards to investment, however no comment will be made until there is anything to announce.

In regards to recent media reports, London Irish can categorically confirm that all staff will be paid this month. Anything reported to the contrary is pure speculation.

I see one of the LI players is wearing long trousers.

Takes me back to watching John Beck’s PNE thirty years ago.

Spike Milligan played on the wing for LI seconds before the war.

I seem to remember him telling an anecdote about scoring a try whilst wearing an overcoat but I think that was for London Polytechnic.
